To place a mail order, please visit our Mail Order Form page to request a "printer friendly" order form by email.

NOTE: One-of-a-kind items are sold to the first buyer. If you order a one-of-a-kind item that has already been sold, your credit card will be refunded or your check or money order will be returned to you immediately. Artisans retain the right to refuse any order at any time.

If you find an item you like, but want a larger quantity than is offered on the website, please send an email to karen@sablewood-village.com describing what you are interested in. Depending on the item and the artisan who produces it, we may be able to offer a discount based on a minimum order.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Standard shipping is $4.00 per order plus $0.10 per pound. Faster delivery methods are explained on the checkout page.

NOTE: Next-day shipping is only possible if orders are received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time; otherwise, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. If you pay for but we cannot provide next-day delivery, the difference in price will be refunded to you.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of receipt and you can expect to receive them in 3 to 4 weeks. Any delays arise from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive written notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are billed only one shipping charge per order).

Shipping Surcharges
We may occasionally offer items that have a shipping surcharge due to oversized dimensions. The surcharge will be shown in (parentheses) next to the price of the item, and is included in the listed price.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, or personal check or money order which must be made in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. institution. Personal checks may require ten business days to clear before items are shipped.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Items must be sent back in original packaging. Please insure the merchandise for the full value of the item(s) for your protection. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item is received damaged please notify us by email. You must hold the original packaging and merchandise for inspection by the carrier; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
